Are you ready to transform your life so it feels more aligned and relaxed?

My clients are women who realize they’ve become disconnected from their dreams. Somewhere along the way, they’ve forgotten how to honor themselves.

They’re ready for deep, rich goals that awaken their creativity. They crave self-care practices that are as practical as they are beautiful so their energy begins to glow with joy again. And they’re excited to feel nourished at the level of their soul—so they can illuminate the world without dimming and draining themselves in the process.

These woman are selfless givers.
They’re always one step ahead—tending to the spoken and unspoken needs of their coworkers, children, partners, and friends.

And they know it’s time…

It’s time to get a little uncomfortable…a lot vulnerable.

Because stepping bravely into that space between your right now and your next chapter is necessary. There’s only one way through a journey of meaningful transformation and that’s… through it.

You don’t need to do this alone.

CERTIFIED, PROFESSIONAL TRANSFORMATIONAL LIFE COACHING FOR BUSY WOMEN WHO WANT BEAUTIFUL LIVES

For the past decade, I’ve helped people from all backgrounds and spiritual practices transform their lives.

You can’t be a coach in theory alone. You must have a formal education and personal experience in navigating the subtleties (and messiness) of rewiring habits and belief systems. That’s why working with a credentialed coach is important. My professional background includes extensive training in the areas of Positive Intelligence™, betrayal trauma, the science of vulnerability, and mindful self-compassion. I also draw from my personal wisdom—a result of having overcome painful life chapters I feared would drown me in emotional overwhelm back in the day. My work with clients is confidential and judgement-free. I bring a calming energy to complex issues and and a mindful approach to habit and lifestyle change.

The beginning of our time together came at a perfect time in my life. I was feeling out of sorts, overwhelmed and maybe a little cranky! I didn’t have a lot of time to figure out what I needed to pull myself out of this funk in order to move on. Yes, as a therapist I know how important this is—unfortunately, I was procrastinating.

From my first session with Rachael to my last, she was able to help me break life down into bite-size pieces so I could easily move forward. She asked the right questions in order to nudge me . . .and her summary emails reminded me during the week what I had committed to.

Coaching options…

1. The ‘dip your toes in’ single session:

A single coaching session is a great option for coaching newcomers or previous clients who want a ‘tune up’ call.

2. The 3-month journey:

We’ll meet weekly during your first month and build a strong foundation for your goals as well as tend to obstacles that may be holding you back. After that, your sessions will take place every other week. I’ll provide resources and support in-between your calls.

3. The 6-month deep dive:

The structure of your coaching schedule will be similar to the 3-month package but I’ll stay by your side for a longer time. This is helpful because inner change requires a commitment. It’s a practice—and to get profound, sustainable results (that your future self will thank you for) you must adopt new ways of weathering life’s storms without reverting back to old coping habits. You’ll look forward to your sessions throughout your 6-month journey. They are a time just for you—to be seen, heard, and understood. A time to learn, try, and explore life’s possibilities with a kind, experienced guide nudging you forward and rooting for you.

What approach do you take with your coaching clients?

Each coaching journey is different because the work is deeply personal and tailored to your needs.

When coaching with me you’ll enjoy exercises that help you slow down and reconnect with your heart. I’ll ask reflective questions to help you gain new perspectives about your ingrained beliefs, life dreams, and truest values.

My clients are people from all faiths and backgrounds who appreciate alternative personal growth tools such as aromatherapy, meditation, mindfulness, yoga, oracle cards, journaling, and feeling grounded by the wisdom of nature.

Are you the right coach for me?

I may be a good fit for you if you’re someone who is realistic about the personal growth process. You understand that changing the results in your life requires new ways of thinking, being, and doing…you also understand that this journey requires personal responsibility and an open mind. You’re someone who has perhaps read many wonderful self-help books but seem to lose your way when it comes to implementing lasting change because the challenges in your life always find a way to the top of your list—distracting you from your own needs and goals.

Is coaching expensive?

First, let me ask you a couple of questions:

  • What is the cost of staying stuck in a rut that isn’t working?

  • If you added up what you have or will spend on quick-fix solutions—what does that amount to?

The fact is, yes…coaching is an investment. If you aren’t accustomed to investing in your personal growth, coaching may feel extravagant. But keep this in mind—coaching is not intended to be a longwinded, drawn-out experience. My goal is to be a set of ‘training wheels’ for a period of time while you adopt new ways of balancing your life. Eventually, you will feel stable and ready to move forward without me. Nothing would make me happier than knowing you’ll be fine without me by your side in the future.

Is now the right time for coaching? I'm just so busy.

Life is always going to be busy, that’s just the way it is. Coaching won’t feel like one more thing on your list. Rather, it will be time that you look forward to because you’ll leave each session feeling shifted, refreshed, and aligned. Coaching is great for busy people because it helps them face life’s challenges with confidence, passion, and inner-strength. In coaching there is a saying, “What you resist persists.” It’s time to stop resisting your deepest desires and waiting for the right time. Now is the time to give yourself the gift of meaningful life transformation.

Where do the coaching sessions happen?

Modern technology makes the coaching experience very convenient. We can meet either by telephone and Zoom—whichever you prefer. Coaching is just as effective via teleconference as in-person. Coaching remotely in this manner means you can enjoy coaching from the coziness of your favorite space—whether that’s at home or from the office.

I see that you work primarily with women. Tell me about that...

Actually, I work with people of all genders and identities—including people who are still in the process of figuring that out. Everyone has hopes, dreams, and aspirations to explore. The approach for coaching humans is always the same.

What's the difference between life coaching and therapy?

While both forms of self-help can provide the support needed to create powerful changes in your life, therapists typically work with people who are dealing with mental health conditions, substance abuse issues and deep emotional trauma.

Coaches work with people who are basically healthy and functional but want to fulfill a higher potential. That being said, past issues often come up in coaching sessions and it’s often necessary to assess them in order to move forward. Previous chapters in your life can help you discover where some of your beliefs are coming from so you can decide if they are still serving you.

Coaching is the facilitated process of moving forward in life. While it can sometimes feel like therapy it’s important to remember that it is not. Therapy can complement coaching and if I feel it would be a beneficial option for you to explore, I will make that recommendation.

What results can I expect?

The results you’ll receive from coaching will be specific to your life and the variables in it. Your results will be in relation to the action you take.

Many of my clients find that coaching helps them do things like:

  • Spend more time with their kids or family

  • Develop healthier romantic relationships or friendships

  • Change career paths or start a business

  • Set better boundaries with family, friends, coworkers, or a boss

  • Travel and see the world

  • Develop a new hobby or pick up an old one again

  • Redefine themselves

In your coaching sessions we’ll explore where you are right now, where you want to be, and the steps needed to get there. I’ll ask powerful questions that cut through your overwhelm to reveal the insights needed to understand:

  • What is holding you back?

  • What motivates you to stay on track?

  • Why do you crave change now?

The answers to questions like these will help us identify the opportunities available to you and expand what’s possible in your life.

Can I ask you a few more questions?

Of course! It’s important that you feel a rapport and connection with the coach you decide to work with. I’d love to answer your questions and help you decide whether my coaching services are right for you. If I feel another coach would be a better fit, I’ll make a recommendation. I truly want the very best for you.
